2020 Austrian-Chinese Profound Arts Festival and Beethoven 250th Anniversary International Painting Competition

2020 Austrian-Chinese Profound Arts Festival and Beethoven International Painting Competition is designed by Smart Campus Consultancy Ltd. It is organized by Austrian-Chinese Arts and Culture Exchange Association (OCFMK, www.ocfmk.org) as a major event of the Austrian-Chinese Profound Arts Festival in Salzburg, Austria for the students in Austria, China, Hong Kong and Macau to participate. Qualified student participants artworks will be selected for the competition assessment in the international competition held in Salzburg.

Theme

The theme is to show the human enthusiasm and love of music through the participant’s painting artwork. Beethoven is a well-known composer of classic music, which has a profound influence on the music development and is respected as “Saint of Music”. Coinciding with the 250th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth in 2020, the Austrian-Chinese Music and Culture Exchange Association specially organized the “Austria-China Art Festival and Beethoven 250th Anniversary International Painting Competition” to commemorate the great musician, Ludwig van Beethoven with propagation of the classic music and culture. There is no limitation of the subject matter of painting works, as long as it can express the human’s enthusiasm in and love of music.
